The fastest way to reach Ranch.Bot is email. A person will reply, usually within one business day.
support@ranch.botSign in with your phone, complete the card-required 30-day trial checkout, create the farm, and enable Text-in under Settings and Account. Text notes from the registered phone, then review proposed records in the web dashboard.
Check that Text-in is enabled, send from the phone registered on the account, and make sure that phone has cellular SMS service. If you texted STOP, reply START to resume.
Open the farm conversation in the web dashboard. Reject the proposal or send a clearer correction, then check the animal or group, date, record type, and details before confirming it.
Yes. Upload files under Tools and Import. Ranch.Bot extracts a proposed import, then a person reviews the source, sensitive-data anomalies, counts, samples, and ambiguities before approving any writes.
Not through a public Ranch.Bot install today. The npm package and MCP Registry listing are not published, and Ranch.Bot does not run a hosted MCP endpoint. SMS and the web dashboard do not need an outside assistant.
Email support@ranch.bot from the address you want used for the reply. Name the farm and describe the step that failed, but do not send passwords, API keys, or private files by email.
