Pricing questions
How is Ranch.Bot priced?
One flat price per person. Solo covers one operator. Team includes three people, and extra people are added at a flat per-person price, up to eight in total. Outfits with more than eight people are priced directly as Crew. There are no per-use charges and no meters.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The 30-day free trial needs a card, and nothing is charged until day 31. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I pay month to month?
Yes. Yearly billing is the default and costs less. Month-to-month billing is also available. Checkout bills in US dollars; where Canadian dollar amounts are shown, they are approximate.
What if Ranch.Bot does not work for my operation?
Email support@ranch.bot during your first 30 days as a paying customer for a full refund of the first payment. The trial does not count toward those 30 days.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open Billing in Ranch.Bot and choose Manage billing to update payment or cancel in the Stripe billing portal. A scheduled cancellation shows as Ending until its end date. You can still download your farm records while you have farm access.
